months of training the race predictor graph is coming on nicely with a steady progression Salford 10km today 💪. Bring on London Marathon next week. Hopefully my fund raising graph will look the same from a little more support from my friends 😀❤️.

Know your capability to find your green zone , you can drop down to a lower zone when you need to work on that movement prep of mobility and stability whilst you do this , risk vs reward , injury vs consistency.

This works for adults to I load in my green zone if I feel tired drop down the graph into a green zone add more movement prep for mobility and stability which helps me recover better stay out of a red zone after a while I climb up consistency is key to progress risk vs reward

I call this graph staying in the game .Kids need exercise but overloading them in the short term won’t get them there. They have time and start out with real enthusiasm and enjoyment keep that thought, consistency over time with enough rest and nutrition

The worst thing we can have is a stiff ankle increases risk of ankle and knee injuries due to decreased proprioception needed to stabilize when landing from a height changing direction or even been shoved such as in netball .Simple test ⬇️ needs to always be green. With no pain

To plank or not to plank?.What does core mean to me.Suspended spine vs stacked spine.Testing core .Correctives for core vs exercises for core.Core prep for lifting finding the right load.Be creative in a stacked position .All in my video link above ⬆️

Post Ironman Wales after all the trauma to the system it’s important that I get back to moving well. This is an example of recovery exercise and similar to rehab for a patient that moves badly like they have done to much or to little exercise
