it’s just all around bad. i can’t process things outside of work because im using that time to recover from work.

i hit a milestone birthday in three months and not looking forward to it. not because i’m getting older but i’m not looking forward to really anything these days. nothing on the horizon

i’ve lost my empathy somewhere. i don’t chat anymore. i don’t share on social media these days. i’m too tired to coordinate all the plans. too tired to be traveling to everyone else. too tired to make a change.

i’ve had to adjust to all the changes happening around me without having any say or control over it and that becomes exhausting to manage when they pile in succession. when you feel you don’t have any control, you lose the drive to make change.

my mental health has been on a severe decline since the beginning of september.

I fucking hate work this week

ooph i’m struggling on my warmup weight for bench after not gymming for five days this is gonna be a slog

also it’s sad that i’ve only interacted with three people on telegram since last saturday

work weeks like these (IM NOT EVEN HALFWAY DONE) remind me why I took that sabbatical in the first place but also reminding me the potential big reward at the end of the tunnel.
