As long as I’ve been watching sports TV the way Jalen rose acted today on tv was unprofessional. Has nothing to do with perk being my guy, but I’ve never seen someone personally attack another analyst on ESPN. Seems like he doesn’t like perk getting the attention he’s getting.

We broke the rim in warm ups and the game did not start until 9:30pm, but Tonight we made history. With a 48-46 win vs a tough Grand Oaks team, this is the schools first playoff win in 11 years!!! I couldn’t be more proud of these kids, and the crowd was AMAZING!!!

I’m speechless right now. When I took over this job I knew it would not be easy, but I promised those kids we would not miss the playoffs, and tonight that promise was fulfilled. It wasn’t easy but I’m so proud of those young men!!!

Last summer I applied for 23 coaching jobs. Received 2 interviews for assistant jobs. Accepted one of them, and was then offered a job at a school that had won 11 games in 4 years. We won 25 games and a playoff game in year 1. I now realize that MY plan may not be God’s plan.
