Virtually no reaction. I think DALN is strategically important to Hearst and a bump prior to 9/23 Special Meeting is reasonably likely. Hearst initially agreed to $14/share and raised its bid to $15 in response to Alden’s topping bid. Bought some. Not advice.

The $DALN merger proxy has a net cash reqmt of $20M. Net cash defined as unencumbered cash less Transaction Expenses (including bonuses and severance). Last Q had $33.7M of cash. Seems reasonable to expect a small special div prior to close, assuming deal is approved.
