1. Leveraged.2. Concentrated.3. Illiquid. I can live with 2 and 3, but I can’t sleep with 1. I don’t recommend the use of margin, especially for volatile and illiquid microcaps.
It is true that if you're great at picking stocks you should use leverage. It is also true that many of the greatest stock pickers of all time went broke (more than once) using leverage.

I don’t think the market appreciates the capital allocation prowess of $NEN. Sitting on one of the best debt stacks of all multifamily REITs and owns in a supply-constrained mkt. Imminently closing transformational purchase of the Hill Estates.

OTCM may reignite revenue growth by converting non-paying pink sheeters to OTCID for 5-10k a pop annually, starting in July. Thousands of ADRs and foreign shares apparently don’t pay fees might pay up to avoid expert market or pink limited. We’ll see how it turns out.
