I’ve seen so many movies get heartbreakingly cruel in their endings. This one goes just unfathomably sweet and kind. And then you stop and think. It’s a movie about BDSM that literally pulls aftercare on you. It’s straight up brilliant
What I’m getting from this is that more of you need to see SANCTUARY (on Hulu). Role play as a great equalizer, inverting power dynamics between a dominatrix and her client; razor-sharp, diabolically funny two-hander, deserves more love than it got. Qualley and Abbott are superb.

Took us 6 years to get SEND HELP made. It all started as a pitch to Sam Raimi. Original movies in the theater are an endangered species. If you love them, please come out on the 30th. This movie is an experience. You'll scream and laugh and gasp and why am I pointing at that guy
