Why is @McDonaldsUK consistently bad these days. Went from having the best customer service to the worst. Not an exaggeration either, as a previous mcdonalds employee, its sad to see. I've found a fairly large piece of plastic in my food. And cant complain anywhere. Disgusting!

There isnt a company out there with worse customer service than @UberEats. Been waiting to be contacted about an order than i never received a few weeks ago. It is still impossible to get through to a human. Will never use uber eats again
