@Ti_Enjoli @leahgottscience Have you seen recent reporting about algirithms reviewing resumes simply rejecting all from non-white men? Super-qualified, kicked out without further review. Try another route? Point out thesis in description.

@Ti_Enjoli @leahgottscience Sounds like nobody really looked at your resume then. Try other methods to get it in the hiring manager’s hands. DM’ing a bunch of people who work there on LinkedIn might do the trick.
