Unsurprising that Prunty is out of Milwaukee — was a holdover from Griffin who remained on the staff but Doc had been gradually working his own guys into larger roles. Still a loss though. Prunty is a good offensive coach and a poised and trusted assistant. He’ll help Orlando.
UPDATE: League sources tell @TheSteinLine that Orlando is indeed adding Bucks assistant Joe Prunty as well as God Shammgod to Jamahl Mosley’s coaching staff … on top of on-court additions Desmond Bane and Tyus Jones and the draft selections of Jase Richardson and Noah Penda.

Yeesh not even a fake first that turns into two seconds. Not exactly selling high for Houston. Washington adds another upside swing (is that roster getting full? Is that a buyout music I hear?).
The Houston Rockets are trading Cam Whitmore to the Washington Wizards for two second-round picks, sources tell ESPN. The deal gives Whitmore a tremendous opportunity for an increased role as he turns 21 on Tuesday and returns to the DMV area.

The Bucks can’t really present an offer sheet to any restricted free agents which Cam Thomas is. Not even sure a minimum RFA offer is legal and if it was Nets have right to match. Would have to be a sign and trade for Kuzma unless Brooklyn renounces Thomas.
@TiWindisch I agree even tho his youth is what we need . what’s going on with Carl Thomas from nets ! He definitely needed with his scoring !! He will average 23/24ppg plus he only 23.

I’m out on Kuminga to the Bucks. Has shot the 3 ball worse than Kuzma did in Milwaukee the last two seasons, doesn’t seem to be about winning and wants to become a “star” when the Bucks need a wing to buy in defensively, and seems expensive in picks and salary. Not the move.

Chris Paul has never been one of my favorite players but even at 40 he’d be an effective guard option who would really help the Bucks. I know he’s said he wants to play on the West Coast. He said that last year and signed in San Antonio. He wants to play and win too.

While its quieted down a bit I would remind folks that last summer it took nearly two weeks for Milwaukee to sign Gary Trent Jr. A break in the action does not mean the Bucks are done. Lots of moving parts with the Turner transaction but there will be more players added.
