Have tried on and off for years to drive my own behaviour with habit trackers and concluded that for me they are a gigantic fucking waste of time and the best way to build habits is to optimise my environment and routine. Then everything falls into place nicely.

stop reading gay books like "Atomic Habits" and start reading real art. I just read Casino Royale from Ian Fleming. what an absolute banger of a book. reading all the Bond books now. you learn way more through a story. retardmaxx it and read books you actually enjoy.

Coaching ability is far more important than background Find someone who will make you uncomfortable Find someone who has little to no context on what you actually do (can be same industry, but they don’t know ur biz intimately)

Coming to the end of my stint with a performance coach. by far the biggest thing you will get from coaching is becoming more conscious of everything you do, think, feel as an operator. lots of other ways to get this level of consciousness but probably the easiest.
