Average mortgage in 1992, $735. Average car payment in 2026, $774. The American dream has become the American nightmare.

This has to be made illegal. At this point DC insiders are quite literally flaunting their corruption in our faces. While our gas and grocery bills go up they make a killing on illegal wars.

Break up the big 3. 2/3 of the major fire apparatus production corporations are based right here in Wisconsin. They’ve caused prices to rise over 200% and caused 2-3 year wait times for new fire engines. It’s a waste of tax payer $ and an endangerment to our communities.

Based upon public pressure I have decided to change my answer to squirtle as it is more in line with my work as a fire fighter.

Congress’s failure to uphold the constitution and pass the war powers act is cowardly and gives the president carte blanche in his war on Iran. We should be spending our tax $ to strengthen our schools, not blowing up girls schools in Iran.

that ICE training was cut by 240 hours. He testified that “the constitution, our legal system, fire arms training, and legal use of force” have all been cut from training. This is unacceptable and ICE funding should continue to be withheld until there is real reform. #KristiNoem

Kristi Noem has been removed as the head of DHS. I said weeks ago she should be removed from her post, and this is a move in the right direction. But, this is only the first step. Ryan Schwank testified in front of Congress last week.

This is peak stupidity from Jeffries. It was wrong to bomb Libya without Congressional approval, and it’s wrong to bomb Iran without Congressional approval. And that’s just on a procedural level. The economic and moral questions can’t even be asked because leadership like Hakeem

Thanks to everyone who came out for our first town hall last night! It was great to hear from members of the district and see the ground swell of support for a new kind of leadership in Wisconsin.

War with Iran is a mistake. Congress must vote on the war powers act and refuse to sanction the actions of the president. We cannot allow American boots to hit the ground in Iran, and every escalation leads us closer to that.

This was and still is the correct take. It’s the same reason we should not go to war with Iran, it will cost tax payers trillions of dollars and thousands if not hundreds of thousands of lives.
