Got Sagat to legend and feel pretty similarly about him as I did at evo but its really satisfying when it all comes together. I think he's highish tier but struggles when he's getting sf6'd super hard.
Played some sagat, I think my read is not many people will play him cuz hes slow and fundies but hes cool.
