this is a mood also, smaller event doesn't necessarilly mean less stress smaller event means smaller 'teams' if you even have teams helping you at all!
Had a little talk with a friend who works as staff for cons, about receiving very mean and negative comments regarding technical issues, delays at panels and such And I think we have to remember sometimes that some of these people sleep like 5h per week, not even eat properly,
