In modern warfare, if you attack with 1000 soldiers, and 10 of them die, you have recorded a serious casualty. In Northern Nigeria, 10 women die out of every 1000 that get into labor. Wartime numbers in labor rooms. Few are asking questions. And those responsible do not care.
