So if you are someone who wants the best of the best and the missing Dirac Tuning is not one of the priorities, good battery life is, with good aesthetic looks and a great companion app. These are the ones to get.

~ Conclusion .CMF Buds 2 Plus is a well balanced earphone for the prize, they give the best Noise Cancellation and other features out of the Buds 2 and Buds 2 Plus. Although I feel like they should have given Dirac Tuning for this one too ):

Battery 🔋 .A solid battery. With low-moderate usage, the battery lasts well for over more than a week. Which is pretty great.

Companion App ➰.I feel it's the best companion app. It's smooth, fast, responsive and thoughtfully designed. You can check the thread below to know more ⏬.

Spatial Audio 🫨.As far as I have used it, it does change the experience but what I have felt is. It slightly elevates the sound and increases the volume a bit, so it just feels louder.

Transparency 🪟.It works. I'm not someone who uses it a lot. But yes sometimes at work I have started using it. It might not be the best. But it was good enough to let me know if someone called my name.

Noise Cancellation 🔇.The Noise Cancellation, on these buds is good. On spec it says 50 DB, which is the highest compared to the Buds 2 and Buds 2a. And yes it worked great for me in busy environments, work, walking through the streets. It was quite good.

Sound 🔊.The buds produce good sound. The Dirac Tuning is missing and I wish it was there on this one too. In default mode even with Ultra Brass disabled, it felt that the bass was overpowering, but this can be corrected to an extent using the Custom Equaliser

Magnetic Grip 🧲.For me I think this is one of the best designed cases. It's easier to just slap the buds into the case and get going, the magnets are strong and it's easier to take out the buds from the case because of the gap between the two

Fit 🎧.They were in general quite comfortable to wear and didn't induce pain in my ear after long hours of usage. But comparing it with Buds 2 and Buds 2a, I felt they were a bit more comfortable than Buds 2 Plus

Matters to you, or you are someone who would maybe want the ear-tip test. Maybe you are someone for whom that extra dB matters than 2 Plus is a good earphone. However if all these features don't matter to you. You are well off with the CMF Buds 2.
