Great way to think about the feedback you give teachers: sometimes it's about their teaching & sometimes about student learning. @_SamuelNix in Six Steps to a Strong Culture found that we overwhelmingly give TECHNICAL feedback. Consider ways to work on giving ADAPTIVE feedback.

💡 @_SamuelNix brings us back to our PURPOSE reminding us that in schools we do the best job with the kids who need us the least. The ones who need us most are the ones struggling. The purpose of school is NOT just to teach students. It is to ensure that students are learning.
