⭐️Statement on behalf of the Michelin Guide. FWIW I think this is a much needed move. Too many restaurants have been coasting for years. They’ve lost that spark & consistency that once set them apart. I hope this sets the tone for the FL awards next spring. @MichelinGuideNA
