This is an interesting tidbit in the civil case of the professor vs the tiktoker. This is federal so it won't be streamed and is only for damages. The tiktoker has already been found liable for defamation.

Most interestingly among 8-member jury are an attorney who is co-counsel on another case with the plaintiff's attorney, a woman whose brother goes to University of #Idaho and knew an #Idaho4 victim, a mother whose daughter earlier showed her some defendant TikToks at issue. (2/2)

While I continue to work on my own version of the sidebars, I highly recommend listening to @TheVirtualJuror's snarky narrative version to fill the void. Incredible work. https://t.co/A8NRO3ZWLY

The 2024 indictment against @DoctorTurtleboy has been dismissed by the Norfolk DA's Office. All cases where Lindsey Gaetani was listed as an alleged victim have been dismissed via acquittal and/or dismissal on the notion of the prosecutor.

“The Court will learn that Attorney Lally was diligent, well-meaning, and that his conduct aimed to conform with his obligations as a prosecutor.” Really? Then, why (sir) over 3 years later have your “obligations” not been met? Just asking.
