Fresh new TradingView indicator. I have actually been working on this one for a long time, but decided to release it tonight. I will make more updates in the future. This indicator detects and plots common chart patterns and projects expected price.

There is a single event where it didn’t work, but the company $IREN took extreme measures to ensure the price didn’t drop. They limited options volume and did a share buyback concurrently.

Here’s my breakdown of the convertible note trade. Back tested on over a dozen events and appears to be one of the most predictive, repeatable, and profitable setups I’ve ever seen. I’ll make an alert to target these events so all can exploit.

Here’s a weird little phenomenon I just noticed - ever since November 2024 for the 1 month treasury yield, nearly every single day sees an intraday decline (red bar) when before then, it was nearly even when it came to gains and declines intraday as far back as data is available.

It looks like $ASTS announced a $500 million convertible note issuance last night alongside a share offering. This one is a bit different than the MARA and GME offerings because it has already been priced and is not a 0.0% note. It appears they intend to buy back some existing

Was the news of a US/EU trade agreement fake news and will fall apart after market close today?.

When the news came out that there is a potential Europe deal soon (fake news??) there were a bunch of what looks like $GME bond trades. A few minutes later, 100 $125 puts that were liquidity marked. What would trigger this? What changes the values of bonds and deep ITM

Whatever baskets $GME is swapped in or has large derivatives of doesn’t like the news that the US and EU may be closing in on a deal. IR hedging at play? Looks like it to me as the driver.

$MARA did a 0.0% convertible note offering today. The notes will be priced between 2pm - 4pm EST today. The price should drop like a rock all day and then flatline shortly after that pricing window starts. This is a very high conviction move.
