Sorry for being a bit quiet lately. Real life has been throwing all sorts of challenges at me while I'm also cooking up my next videos, including the Anno 117 one I promised. Also I've witnessed some real time "we're back" & "we're doomed" AC moments which was hilarious tbh.

So here's my final list. Also, I didn't vote in the categories where I haven't played the games. I'm not that kind of gamer.

Jesus Christ, I have a hard time deciding between KCD2, Silksong, and DS2. Judging by Silksong's ending, I might actually go for KCD2, but on the other hand, DS2's was so freaking peak... decisions, decisions...

Kevin Durand could potentially play the main villain in Far Cry 7, according to Insider Gaming. The leaked images from the Alaskan extraction shooter are said to belong to the MP mode of a cancelled version of Far Cry 7, codenamed Talisker, a team based elimination style game.

Read the comments and watch my point get proven in real time. With some people who think "free speech" means they can run their nasty mouths and spew BS anywhere, there's no room left for critical thinking or proper criticism.

Fact: If Shadows hadn't faced all the racist drama, criticizing its Assassin's Creed elements would've been so much easier. But a bunch of miserable keyboard warriors had to ruin it for everyone lmao. Putting "AC" aside tho, it's got solid action and stealth gameplay.

What could this be? Half-Life 3? Bloodborne remastered? new Fromsoft game? I can't think of anything other than Half-Life 3 that could match GTA 6's level of hype and even that's a huge stretch cuz right now GTA's hype is arguably bigger than any other video game...

Happy 5th anniversary to Assassin's Creed Valhalla, my favorite RPG era AC. As someone who's been a fan since AC1, I still love Valhalla despite all its flaws. From the story to world design, side content to music, it's an experience I'll never forget.

As for the voice acting, that's more of a direction issue than the actors' fault cuz they all sound great. But whoever thought giving everyone American accents (esp Lunda... JFC) and Disney-tier quips was a good idea needs to be fired...

I could sit here for hours talking about how dumb the writing is, how inconsistent the story feels compared to 2018 and how rushed everything comes across. The combat system, voice acting for the most part, along with the music, are the only redeeming parts of Ragnarok for me.
