Most poor people drive, it's a freedom which they can control. Driving in a family is far cheaper than family members each travelling daily by public transport. Obviously London may be an exception.
@TheTrueBlueNews
Even if
@SkyNews
think that a third of people don’t drive, I guarantee that can be mapped on to city dwellers who have public transport options rural folk just don’t have.
Eg London has:
- 11 tube lines
- the ‘overground’
- 15 mainline train termini
- 55000+ taxis
- 8500+ buses
@TheTrueBlueNews
While I don’t live in a rural setting I do live in a village with dreadful bus services, no taxi co, no bank and once an hour trains to anywhere.

- I thought prereq was based on reading an auto cue written by leftist people who hate working class but love illegal immigrants !

Well said, Kemi. My last car cost £1500. I'm not rich by any means. I dread 2035 or 2030 when new petrol cars are stopped, as second-hand car prices will go thru the roof.
