The lovely people at @BFRB_UK_Ireland are restarting their regular support groups. Many people who attended our conference discovered the power of connecting - these support groups are a great way to keep reducing the impact of living with BFRBs. 💙.
Our online support groups and events are returning this week after our summer break! We are starting with a Community Room on Sunday at 2pm BST - register here:

So thanks again to everyone who made it happen, and a special last thanks to @Caro_Harbison, who emailed me 15 months ago to say she'd spotted my @thetrichprof socials. She connected me with @BFRB_UK_Ireland and said 'I wish we could have a conference'. Will this do Caroline?

It was another day full of highlights and it will take me weeks to process everything I heard and experienced. Highlights of the highlights included the incredible art workshop by @LizAtkin, and powerful personal stories of those who have turned their BFRB into their superpower.

Our expert anti-stigma consultant @jemackay commented that she'd never been in a more inclusive space, and that our lived experience leadership is 'off the charts'.
