When I work with aspiring devs, I'll give my honest opinion on the MINIMUM skills needed to land that first job. Get the job first then get PAID to LEARN. You dont have to be an expert at everything. Spend your time wisely in your learning journey.

Coding Bootcamps (not all) are failing their students in terms of helping them find jobs. What attracted me to a bootcamp before were the connections they had with REAL companies. Email intros were a given. Based on my convo with peeps, that is no longer prioritized.

After I graduated from a coding bootcamp, my project partner and I were the top 2 running for the same position. He got it, I did not.
Rejection sucks but I was so happy for him. A month later he reached out saying there was an open position and I got the job on the spot 🙌
Supporting another developers success will literally never ruin yours.

Get your javascript fundamentals down - map, reduce, filter, splice, slice, shift, unshift, push, etc
Build a lot of mini projects - calculator, forms, carousel, data-fetching, etc (frontendeval)
Leetcode (easy and medium) - you can do hard as well but I prioritized

Eventually found a full time job at $75,000 a year. Definitely not enough (cost of living: NYC) but it got me started.
