Considering 4 out of 6 of us have ADHD, thought this was worth a retweet. I tend to doodle or crochet (this is Rain btw), but I try to refrain when we are doing something with recorded video. Then sometimes I literally sit on my hands to stop fidgeting on camera. 😅
So... people with ADHD who also play DnD and the like... any tips for staying focused for 3+ hours on end? Do you fidget with something? What do you do to keep your attention?
