Started watching "Invincible," which like "The Boys" is yet another show/comic with the premise of "what if Superman was a murderous asshole?" It's all right. I'm just tired of Evil Superman stories.

I still have my Skaven Blood Bowl team, which for some reason I found squirreled away in a cabinet... in the kitchen. Anyway, I've actually tried to discourage him somewhat, as he's never really tried to paint miniatures and I'm not much of a teacher. But he's oddly motivated.

Miles has expressed interest in playing tabletop Warhammer 40K. I was going to lend him my Speed Freeks army, even though it's decades out of date, but unfortunately, I seem to have lost it in the move back out West. Can't find 'em anywhere. That makes me sad...

Luckily, the mod community has created some fun new American leaders to choose from, even if they're not much better from a mechanical standpoint. I like having options though.

With "Civilization VII" getting... conflicted reviews, I'm considering going back to playing V or VI, which I never really gave much of a chance. Upon installing VI I notice a ton of DLC for sale, which is an immediate turn-off, but I remember the game being fine.
