Of course we must also thank our audience for coming to see us, laughing when they were supposed to (and when they weren't to be fair). But the energy you bring and supporting a venture like this is hugely humbling.

but for a rewarding experience to see you fly together. And thank you for emotionally destroying your producer with happy tears.

For some of you this was your first professional credit. For some of you it was like slipping on an old pair of shoes. But your combined support, collaboration and humour with each other on and off stage made not just for a brilliant end product,

Finally, the cast. What more is there to be said. The audience came to see you, and they loved you. You had an idea, you stepped up and you saw it through and made it happen. A perfect company of actors and friends if ever there was one and an example to be followed.

But the culture of a safe space and the ethos of encouragement, generosity, collaboration and kindness is an example that we carried through into the production without a cross word being said. We hope we did you proud.

David Crowley, Dean Smith, Jenny Platt and Peter Hunt of @ActUpNorth. We wouldn't have met, never mind be as good as we are without Act Up North. When you sign up for an acting class, you don't expect it to end up with a full theatre show.

Frank Carley for helping to build a Nuclear Fallout Shelter and also for driving the van. Without his help and going above and beyond, the stage would have been pretty empty. Also thanks to Janet Carley our sandbag designer. Thank goodness the producer is an only child.

The crew at Cinescope Pictures for recording the performances. Luke, Jaime, Robin and Ell did a brilliant and professional job in recording the show for everyone involved to keep and use in their portfolios and for shouting about the show. A brilliant team.

Luke Settle, our technician. Luke had the unenviable task of having to tech run on the day of the show but he absolutely pulled it off and frankly just got on with it as we tried to piece things together on the stage.

...making these spaces accessible and affordable has made such a difference. These should be your first port of call for rehearsals. Also you'll get plenty of exercise on the stairs.

Stewart Campbell of Qweerdog Theatre, Daniel Bradford at Play With Fire, Adelaide of The Castle Hotel and Gullivers. Thank you for providing us with rehearsal space. With 5 groups of actors finding space for them all, economically has been a logistical challenge but...

The theatre website states it is a hidden gem and that is 100% true. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a venue AND looking to see a show in the Manchester area.

Pretty much as soon as we got a reply to our email, the same day, we pretty much knew this was going to be our home. Their support in the lead up to and on the day itself was absolutely invaluable. We got everything we needed, wanted and more.

@SalfordArts. A huge thanks to Roni and Scott who opened their doors to us, a new, untested show. Getting a venue that was a) Available b) Suitable and c) Interested was one of the biggest obstacles in getting this show off the ground.

Rebecca Clare Evans for co-producing, sourcing the first intake of scripts and liaising with the writers. Rebecca was key in casting everyone in their roles so brilliantly and with pulling together the format of the show and bringing in many of her industry contacts.

But also curating our industry invites and approach was a huge help. We wouldn't have gotten such a brilliant turn out without her effort combined with those of the rest of the group.

Samantha Hill for handling promo strategy. Sam went above and beyond by practically wallpapering central Manchester and her building with flyers. We had 500 of the things and they've all gone, we were scrambling to find more by the end.

Rob Peters for handling the Instagram. Sharing the load on managing the social media and proofing everything was massively important in getting the message to the people. He just got on with it and elevated every post.

Michael was vital to getting the word out there and sponsoring us with his Self Tape Lab offer. Seriously check that out, he gets results.
