2 existing reactors +1 proposed = a big step for @tamusystem and @TEESresearch engineering! We’re exploring building our ZJ0 reactor next to TEES' two existing research reactors. It would make @TAMU the nation's only university with more than 2 research reactors on campus! ⚛️⚙️👍

Here in #houstontx this weekend it was 80 and gorgeous😎 Not unheard of here. I got outside. Luv it! Meanwhile, in other #climateChange news, my 93 yr old uncle in Gary, IN says it was 60 degrees up there & they haven't had enough snow this winter to require any shoveling! 😳

Our @FortBendISD events manager is a whiz at herding cats. So she made us all stop what we were doing to take a 1 mile walk today. It was great. Beautiful day, we laughed and talked with one another- Very appropriate on #NationalWearRedDay BTW, my pants & necklace are red! ❤️

As data continues to show surging COVID infection rates, FBISD began work this weekend on limited-enrollment virtual school. In person instruction begins Wednesday, Aug. 11. Virtual option launches later this month. Details to come.
