As we step fully into this new year, let's make a concerted effort to receive the new things that He desires to teach us, show us, and give us. Let us establish ourselves in His Word and in His presence!

Reminder of the Day The LORD is in our here and now. He is omnipresent, ready and waiting for us to go deeper and come higher in Him, if only we would perceive what He is doing.

As You invite us to go deeper in You, we pray that You reveal more of who You are as we are enveloped in Your presence. In Jesus' Name we pray. If this prayer is also a desire of your heart, type "AMEN" in the comments

Abba, we pray that You keep a song of praise on our lips, a melody that consistently hums in our spirits, and for Your precious Holy Spirit to lead, guide and direct us into all truth.

Prayer for the Day Heavenly Father, We commit this year to You. Breathe on it and us in a special way. We submit ourselves under Your Lordship in our lives and surrender our will for Yours.

Prayer for the Day Abba, You are all seeing and all knowing. Your Word declares that Your thoughts are not our thoughts and Your ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). LORD, we need You.
