Fellow commentators, FGC or otherwise. It’s easy to point out great moments you like, but as the summer season closes, I want to ask- what is your FAVORITE block you have commentated? Mine? Either CEO XIV BBCF top 8 or CEO XV Xrd pools, Ryuudo and I entered zen state that 1 hour.

To those who’ve applied and been denied for Evo commentary for years upon years… I don’t know how y’all do it 😅 It’s only been my 2nd year of trying and I’m already struggling. Sometimes it feels like you’re so close only to then feel like you never actually were at all

Damn, it’s crazy that I was able to experience it late last month as the timing couldn’t have been any better. It was pretty awesome with lots of great games for when I wanted to chill out after walking all around Akihabara. Shame to see it and many other arcades go away.
Genda Gigo Entertainment announced on July 15 that it will close the Akihabara Gigo 1 arcade at the end of August 2025. This was Sega's flagship arcade and its red building has been a landmark of Tokyo's electronics district for 32 years.
