We would strongly recommend that anyone with a young adult moving over to adult services attend this transition event. The evening is very informative and gives you the chance to meet some of the team, peers and charities.

"As a paediatric cardiac physiology team #heartmonth holds special significance as we focus on the unique challenges and needs of our patients born with CHD. It is also a reminder of the important work we do and the lives we touch everyday." Emma, Lead Cardiac Physiologist
