Do you guys ever source a product at 40-80% ROI then, by the time you get boxing it up to send it in, some absolute moron has tanked it to 15-25% ROI?

I thought (alongside the profit) it would receive positive feedbacks due to the extra value provided..

If you’re not VAT registered then you should be aiming for 30% ROI as MINIMUM.
You certainly should AVOID replenishing anything selling under 20% ROI.
If you rush to £85k revenue without learning to source high ROI products then VAT registration will end your business.
