Today in Relief Room history 2011 Ryne Duren died. Sandberg is named after him. His nephew is Blackie Lawless of WASP. Wild Thing Vaughn is based on him. He would throw at the backstop & on deck batters to intimidate them. All of this while drinking like a Viking. What a legacy
