Realizing I’m too old and my mind is playing tricks on me. I could have sworn I just heard the phrase “Iran-Contra” on Good Morning America. I looked up and it was just about Stormy Daniels. This isn’t some kind of deep political statement- I actually think I can’t hear.

1. Of course they did. 2. Still wouldn’t have happened with hooked rims. 3. Still true that road hookless ONLY benefits the manufacturer in reducing cost. Protect yourself. *will we eventually “get there” on this tech? Probably after being dragged there against our will.

I find this and other complaints like it tend to crop up towards the end of someone’s career. This applies to all professions as well.

11 years ago we had a frozen rutted nationals in WI. Duke had a shifter/cable freeze and swapped by Jose in mere seconds. Also @timjohnsoncx photo thrown in for good measure. #cyclocross

11 years ago - made @timjohnsoncx laugh even during the race. Earlier he even mentioned he loved the Luna Skinsuit (Georgia Gould’s) I was wearing to heckle in. Louisville Eva Bandman Park just before Worlds there.

FYI - we noticed today that the prices for the race were all $10 higher than they should be. That was a mistake. Holdover from last year’s day of reg fee that wasn’t removed. We reduced the prices and refunded those that had already registered. Go ahead and reg! #psicx.
