As of Jan 31st 2022, ~70% of companies that went public in 2021 were trading below IPO price. Speaks to 1) start of 2022 has been brutal, and 2) the age old practice of underpricing IPOs may be instrumental in building the right shareholder base.

Starting to see a lot of investors focus primarily on profit margins. While important, in reality, it should serviceable addressable market * LT margin. FCF/share is the only thing that matters. You’d be surprised at the spread between the output whole numbers 🤔
