Looking back on Offaly's goal, the vision and pass from Eoghan Cahill was no accident on the turn, absolutely sensational pass to set up that goal for Sampson who had the coolest head in OCP to finish with aplomb. Cahill remains a superb stickman.

It may not have been pretty but a huge win for Offaly and something to build on for next year, very easily could have had 3 wins from 5 this year, combined with the workload of the 20s, a well earned rest and back to club's and there's a lot to look forward to for 2026.

Decent first half from Offaly with breeze to come, definetly scores to come off Antrim when taking them on, who's discipline is questionable. Certainly in Offaly's hands now, Charlie Mitchell doing a lot of hard grafting inside.
