$WCG.AX Webcentral just announced the sale of the majority of its domains and hosting business. On close, it will have 25c per share of net cash (vs current share price of 25.5c). It will also retain a $20m equity stake in the domains and hosting business (valued at 6c per share)

Sold the last of my $CELH for a 25-bagger. I think the company has huge growth opportunities ahead of it but my original thesis has fully played out, valuation is no longer cheap, growth is slowing, and there are transitional risks moving to Pepsi. Best of luck to shareholders.

1/n $PAC.AX thread. Not investment advice. On 26 July, Regal announced an unsolicited NBIO for PAC valued at $10.77 per share (2.2 GQG + $7.50 cash). It also announced entry into an agreement with River Capital, PAC’s largest sh at 19%.

The CEO of my largest holding owns 33.32% of the company (the max he can own as 33.33% would trigger a takeover offer requirement) worth >€120m, draws a salary of only €600k, and doesn't issue himself free shares/options. I wish all my holdings CEOs were so aligned.
