Exactly 28 years ago on Sunday, August 31, 1997 we've lost #PrincessDiana, the #PrincessOfWales. I was heartbroken over her passing. She was a beautiful mom, wife and humanitarian. Here is a photo of her visiting a hospital outside London on July 21, 1997. π @KensingtonRoyal

In 1969, while working as a 19-year-old production assistant on Kellyβs Heroes in Yugoslavia, aspiring filmmaker John Landis came across a group of Romani people burying a man. This gave him the idea of making a film about the undead rising from the grave. 2/39

Landis wrote a screenplay and called it An American Werewolf in London. He tried for years to sell it but was told it was too scary to be funny or too funny to be scary. James Bond producer Cubby Broccoli reportedly told Landis: βHell no, itβs f***ing weird.β 3/39
