I have been tagging Mr. @RamMNK but looks like he is also cornering the tweet as everyone is aware about the way @airindia and @AirIndiaX staff works. No proper resolution till date and mailing the same resolution again and again. No calls, no proper communication received.

Mr. Sudhakar Singh, a very rude CISF @DelhiAirport. He kept denying our request of picking my 1.6 year old kid. My baby is inside the airport near gate no 2 and this on duty CISF isn't allowing my husband to go inside as he excited the gate but now in need to go inside.
