Had a lady get annoyed with me today as I couldn’t sell her any bug spray, fungus spray or Roundup for ground elder. “What kind of garden centre doesn’t sell these things” “One that cares Madam” I do have eco friendly alternatives 😊

Personally I’m really happy about Sunak’s plan to introduce National Service for 18 year olds. It will really encourage young people to vote and decimate the Tories even more 😄

I’m loving the leaf colour on this unusual variety of Twisted or Corkscrew Hazel, Corylus avellana ‘Red Majestic’ In winter the corkscrew stems are the main feature, but I think this is much more exciting than the usual green leafed.

Some Lewisia arrived yesterday, I love these flowers with incredible bright petals! I know some find them a bit much but I think they’re fab 👍
