These mileage fares are never about value per mile. These are about getting 4-5 tickets at a discounted pricing on the same flight.
End up with a value of ₹0.5 - 0.6 Re per Mile depending on Taxes or similar to paying for 2 & booking 2 award tickets & getting ₹0.8 - 1 per mile
