My opinion remains that this is nothing more than a gimmick, a theft of talent by untalented tech bros, and while I don’t respect it, I DO respect that many Oz fans will enjoy themselves while experiencing the film at the sphere. 👠✨.

Just remember, without the work of real artists 86 years ago, this film would’ve never existed. Using their work and performances to train artificial intelligence makes me extremely uncomfortable.

It isn’t my intention to force opinions on anyone, so I wanted to share a few more examples of how the footage has changed for this new “The Wizard of Oz at Sphere” experience, powered by Google Cloud.
