I've always found recording while crying a bit ridiculous. but advocacy means showing up-even on the hard days. This is one of them. Painful, lonely, and wishing for what can't happen just yet. This is the real side of the fight.

I don't want to be strong. Sometimes I think because I supposedly had the strength to take it- the universe decided to make each hit more painful and it's not just physically so I'm going through the fire more alone than I have ever been.

Absolutely! I have had my rock bottom be a false rock bottom. I’m not thriving now but I’m on the way and trying to turn my pain into purpose. 15 surgeries later, depression and anxiety but I’m fighting hard. Stay the course 🖤🖤.
