Rural property taxes generally can’t support their local public education systems, typically their only choice. It was never about “woke” curriculum and now they see the actual price of eggs.

Joining a board isn’t always about yourself or the “fun” stuff. It is a job that serves the public. I know she has supporters in the community and I’m wondering what their thoughts are.
Re: Naperville 203 school board last night: If Kelley-Black cannot fulfill her duties (which I am unfortunately now fully convinced she doesn’t understand), then she needs to resign. Bills and claims in Jan 2025 has nothing to do with next year’s budget or the PY audit. 1/

There’s a student at my son’s college who centers his *whole being* around being a student there. The College tends to accept people with more depth but I guess everyone makes mistakes 🤷♀️

Son has been volunteering for the DNC this week. His wallet fell out of his pocket on the train and someone turned it into Union Station. Chicago is the best!
