I’m sorry I’m so quiet at present… I have been studying a little, though, and some of this will help with video creation, like editing and ideas, so stay tuned. This is now my favorite temple and a place I find peaceful. I wish you all peace, health, and prosperity this year!

📊Living in the now As I spoke in our Buddhist meeting today, my wall was digitally blurred. On purpose. Partly because the wall looks a bit hippie. But, mostly because, behind the blur, a manifold number of notes were taped to help decipher my life trajectory. Overthinking🔭

On the spot I was just part of a 50-strong international meeting for my Buddhist class. The first live Q&A with the monk. It's a low-pressure course. So, the meeting starts & a couple of people are asked how they're finding the course ~ no notice. I'm asked first up! All cool😅
