Sorry to hear of the passing of Sir Michael Parkinson. I had the pleasure of knowing him both personally and as a guest on one of his many shows. What you saw on the TV was exactly who he was - charming and kind man. Vale Mr Parkinson. You were one of the very best.

Just woke up to the news that #TinaTurner has passed away. So very sad. What a trailblazer, and what a fine woman who fought for many a year to live the life she wanted and deserved. I was a huge fan and always will be. May she always be remembered and now rest in peace.

It’s with an extremely heavy heart that I write this post. One of the giants of the of the industry has passed away. I considered him a friend. Brian Walsh was so supportive towards me in my career. He’d always be available for a talk when needed. Never too busy. Rest In Peace.
