Mindfulness is a powerful tool for improving your focus. Being mindful means paying attention to the present moment and letting go of thoughts about the past or the future. When you are in the middle of something, pay your full attention to that, and nothing else.

It lands on YOU. Unless you are as fast as the speedstar superhero Flash (or Superman), there's really no way to avoid that. Yes, I know it's gross. But it's important to be reminded of that gross fact.
