@MajesticOnline your team have been extremely kind and helpful and are looking into this, however @Deliveroo are refusing refunds to your clients and accusing them of lying.

@Deliveroo how on earth can it be that I'm not entitled to a refund for the wine I never received? I'll be contacting Trading Standards about this, and also advise your Customer Services team are trained at responding to the actual issues instead of cutting and pasting.
