HUGE shoutout to @comcastcares! To everyone out there with @Xfinity services, if you need some REAL customer service, DM these kind folks. Besides 2-3 people I have spoken with at Comcast via chat or phone, these people are the only ones that REALLY care about their customers!

Because that is what I am hearing from her is this: That any of your "customer service" agents can say what their packages include, and leaving out the details that will cost the customers a lot of money later is ok... @comcastcares
