Exactly, it is similar to the traditional No-women-allowed ritual rites observed in most African festivals. For starters, that is in itself discriminatory in 2026. The young boys trying to enforce it by the brazen molestation is unacceptable.
@TheIsokos My grandmother is from Oruamudhu, told me all about this festival and rituals. But this young generation is something else man. The behavior is so disgusting. First time I’ve seen it go down to this extent.

It is specifically an Oruamudhu festival out of the 5 sub-communities in Ozoro. The young jobless incels who have been fishing for an opportunity to molest girls has found a touted "festival & tradition" route to act out their barbarism. The state must act to nip this.
Talking about this ozoro festival. First of all it is not a rape festival. There are 5 quarters in ozoro, only one observes this tradition for 3 days. And they’ve announced as from 5pm no girl or woman should be seen outside in that area, you can go to other areas as a girl.
