There is more power in deleting a task than there is in doing it just as a distraction. Most of the time we know what we need to do. That thing in your brain that gnaws at you. That thing, you just have to do it. Don't fill your calendar with pointless tasks just to make.

All because I was sick of being an Amazon fulfillment warehouse employee. So I pushed some buttons on my computer. Every single day, without stopping. So can you, internet money is everywhere.

Being able to just leave and go where you want without asking for permission is freedom. No boss is gonna tell me we gotta come in Saturday . I’ll tell myself that and do it anyway lol

Did I need a new MacBook Pro m4 pro for notion and google tabs? . No. Did I need the extra 48GB of ram or 2 TB of storage or the nano textured screen(ok that part is nice af)?. Again, no. And @AnkerOfficial you gotta stop making stuff because I’m just gonna keep buying it.

You know how people need Second Brains?. Well businesses need them too. One "Source of truth". And that's exactly what I build with Notion workspaces. My favorite tool to do so.

My job isn’t to build complex client systems. It’s to build the smallest possible system.that solves the entire problem. Simplicity wins more clients than cleverness.

Big distinction I made this week:. The difference between the front end dashboard of a system. And the automation that runs it. Like if I have a content system, but also a make scenario that auto schedules things for me. That should be documented.

My brain has two modes:. “I can fix this in 5 minutes.”. “Let me rebuild my entire system from scratch to avoid doing it.”. And I kid you not. There is no in between.

How to find an idea for a product:. If you keep solving the same problem over and over, in your own life, productize the solution.

My systems aren’t designed to make me faster. They’re designed to make me calmer. If I feel more pressure after using a system,.I delete it. So yes, that naturally comes with me building something and then deleting it after 30 mins.

Building systems without defining terms.is like organizing your kitchen without knowing what a “fridge” is. Everything works…. until you realize the butter is in the dishwasher.

The 3 layers of every system I build:. Action Layer → Tasks & execution.Storage Layer → Resources & documentation.Control Layer → Decisions, priorities, direction. Every layer is essential. Imagine ice cream cake missing ice cream.

Most people use AI like it’s an espresso shot. Quick boost. Fast output. Then back to burnout. But the real magic isn’t speed. It’s using AI as a filter.to shrink your mental load.

Sometimes I build systems just to avoid starting the thing I was building the system to organize. Procrastination at it's finest.
