Aside from bringing in a very obvious difference-maker at a key position, trading away first round picks is not something you do unless you think you have your QB for the next 2-3 years beyond this season. Sure sounds like the Colts are very happy with Daniel Jones and think

Leftists Are Now Saying the Horrifying “Quiet Part” Out Loud In today’s deeply polarized America, mainstream leftists have dropped all pretense. They now openly advocate and encourage the murder of conservative Americans solely for their political beliefs. This chilling reality

You know anything that Andy Reid would honor by naming after food is a great concept, and this backside one falls in there. For him, this is a variation of Bread (Back Read) called Bagel (Basic Biscuit).

The backside Apex (48) has the toughest job of anyone here as he’s responsible for the final #2 weak with #3 away, so he has anything in or out by that receiver and that’s one of the main weaknesses of a 3 under match coverage. Well done by him.

Everything the Seahawks do in coverage is just so clean and beautiful to watch. It’s easy to preach position maintenance, harder to execute. They do it as well as anyone. This is Quarters (“Pound”) with 4-over-3 strong and 3-over-2 weak, both sides perfectly in sync.

This is essentially the same pressure and coverage against a slightly different look that allowed for the CB to get in on the charge. The safeties both push weak to play a Bait concept and cap the X WR, which is basically just Palms for them. Classic Baltimore Deuce pressure that

This is probably my favorite zone pressure concept the Seahawks run -- Sand Deuce. It's a big part of the Macdonald/Minter/Wink system and they run it so damn well with great call sequencing. The Nickel always does a great job eliminating the pop pass before dropping deep, and

This looks more like a Post-Wheel combo to the naked eye because Brown goes flat & up, but it’s actually just a true 4x1 Quads version of their Riddler Sting concept that plays this way because they’re getting man coverage and the friction needs to happen based on the defender

The point man of the bunch getting off the line this cleanly in a man coverage concept is going to lead to a nice result. Especially this concept.
